When I reached out to work with Dr. Diane, I did not feel good in my own skin. Physically and mentally, I wasn’t healthy. As a breast cancer survivor, I was struggling with digestive issues and being on various hormonal medications, that made losing weight and keeping it off even more difficult. I needed to nourish my body with the proper foods, and I needed to know that I was doing the best for myself and my health; the weight loss that came with our journey was an added BONUS!
Diane introduced me to foods I never knew existed, and taught me how to look at ingredients. I changed my outlook on what I put into my body drastically. Also, I have a very busy schedule, so it was important for me to be able to make quick meals, and Diane sent me countless yummy recipes!
She kept me accountable for our work together by having me send daily photos of meals, checking in, and motivating me to continue with our plan. In the beginning, it was hard for me to adapt to this new lifestyle, because that is what it was— a lifestyle. Working with Dr. Diane is not a “ DIET” to lose weight, but it is a program to incorporate a new, healthy, well-balanced lifestyle. Through our work together, eliminating the foods that were not good for me, and incorporating the foods I need became easier and easier… it all started to make sense, and become a new way of life. On our 3-month journey, I learned what my body needs to feel good, I started to feel great, and I LOST 15 pounds! Before our work together, I had tried every “ diet” out there, and was never able to lose weight consistently and keep it off. It is due to Diane’s customized approach, coaching, and determination to teach a well-balanced lifestyle that I was able to reach my goals, and I am eternally grateful.
