Make it Pop!

Nothing like a refreshing popsicle to beat the August heat…and because we can all use some fun new activities for the kids!

Popsicles are hands down one of the easiest things you can do with your kids in the kitchen and they will have an absolute blast making (and eating) them! The ingredient variations are endless and include loads of vitamin rich fruits and healthy omegas. Store in the freezer as a delicious treat for the kids, and a very diet-friendly, low calorie dessert option for the grown-ups too.

3 tools you need before starting:

  1. Popsicle molds. Tons of inexpensive options on amazon. I like the larger size for the older kids/adults and these are ideal for toddlers.

  2. Any basic blender works.

  3. A Freezer ;)

Your little ones will love making them from start to finish… My 3 year old son even tries to wait by the freezer for them to be “ready ,” and then proceeds to run back and check on them every 30 minutes to check on them. Can’t wait for you to try and let me know your favorite!
